Ple**glass为德国德固赛公司出品的亚克力材料的名称，透光度达到93%，户外十年不发黄，有浇铸板材和挤出板材区别。

Ple**glass - Cast Acrylic Sheet is optically transparent, unaffected by moisture, and offers a high strength-to-weight ratio, and high light transmittance. Ple**glass - Cast Acrylic sheets can be easily heat-formed without loss of optical clarity. Prolonged exposure to moisture, or even total immersion in water, does not significantly effect the mechanical or optical properties of this outstanding material. Ple**glass Sheets (Acrylic sheets) may vary slightly by brand, but process technique is the more important factor (Cast or Extruded).

Formability Temp: 340 F to 380 F (Cast) vs 290 F to 320 F (Extruded)

Cast acrylic has a higher molecular weight, therefore it will cut, drill and rout cleaner. As you **hine cast acrylic, the sh**ings will flake off whereas the extruded acrylic sh**ings can gum up on the tool.

Cast acrylic also offers better glue-joint effectiveness and performs better in laser cutting.
